When a caregiver dies, financial situations may change. We don’t want bereaved young people to lose educational opportunities due to such financial hardship. We provide scholarships for education-related expenses for children ages 3-25 years old whose parent has died. Here you can find information about criteria and procedures for submitting an application.

Application

Scholarship applications can be obtained from our website or by calling us at 212-229-CARE (2273). Applications can be submitted online, by fax, or by mail and are reviewed once a year in the spring. Awards are announced in the summer.
